Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a Machine Operator to join a fast-paced print manufacturing team. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and deliver quality products, with a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. No prior press experience needed.

Schedule is Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (36 hours/week). Overtime pays time and a half after 36 hours; night shift includes a 24% differential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry preferred, with willingness to train.
• Mechanically inclined and able to read instructions/measurements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based production environment.
• Commitment to quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
