Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring a Machine Operator for a Wednesday–Saturday night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and will train you to run high-speed bindery equipment.

Eligible for a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks, overtime after 36 hours, and a 24% night-shift differential. We offer full-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits after 30 days, plus growth in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• No press experience? We’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders)
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
