Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a full-time Machine Operator to train on high-speed bindery equipment. You’ll work overnight 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Wednesday through Saturday, with overtime and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.

No press experience required—training provided and a strong team environment. You’ll operate cutters, folders, stitchers and perfect binders, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and contribute to on-time production.

Qualifications

• No press experience required; training provided.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry encouraged.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean.
