Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Machine Operator/Team Member for a 12-hour night shift to support the Finance area. You will operate and adjust machinery, train team members, and uphold product quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and basic English proficiency, with responsibilities spanning QC, documentation, and equipment operation. In-house training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; in-house training required.
• 1 year of manufacturing or technical experience.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and change over machinery in the assigned area.
• Maintain accurate QC records and logs.
• Perform QC checks and quality assessments.
• Assist maintenance with preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety and efficiency of equipment and processes.
