Job summary

Bruker Daltonics is hiring a production operator for our Carteret facility. This third shift role supports multiple machines to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include setting up, monitoring equipment, quality checks, and maintaining logs. The role also involves preventative maintenance and collaboration with quality/process engineers. US citizenship or permanent residency required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic math and computer skills are required (e.g., Excel).
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and calibrated equipment.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment start-up.
• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment to ensure quality production.
• Ensure machines operate safely and reliably per MSI guidelines.
• Perform regular quality control and documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate with maintenance team.
