Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator for the Pratttville, AL area. This night-shift role operates plastic blow molding machines and related equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality. The position requires adherence to GMP, safety policies, and ongoing quality improvements.

You will assist with machine adjustments, routine maintenance and line changes, while supporting a collaborative team and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line as needed.
• Conduct basic processing to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Monitor resin, dryer, material handling and color systems for proper processing.
• Complete documentation promptly and coordinate with shift supervisor.
• Assist in training new Operators and provide line support as needed.
