Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Machine Operator for an evening shift with a schedule of Thu-Sat plus every other Wednesday, from 4:45 PM to 5:00 AM. The role involves operating production equipment, ensuring materials are ready, and monitoring quality throughout runs.

You will perform set-up, document results, report malfunctions, and keep the work area clean to meet safety standards. Pre-employment screening is required before start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift.
• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce.
• Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production.
• Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager to address safety hazards and product defects.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
