Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a production associate for our food manufacturing environment. You will set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper start-up and help maintain product quality on the line.

You will monitor line speeds, adjust batch production rates, perform quality checks, and complete downtime and HACCP paperwork using SAP SOPs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with overtime/weekend

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to stand/walk on concrete.
• Overtime or weekend availability based on plant scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Control line speeds and batch production rates, and manage equipment start/stop.
• Perform quality checks and complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP).
• Utilize SAP SOPs for safety operations and training as appropriate.
