Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a manufacturing associate for the onsite night shift (Sun - Thurs, 11pm - 7:00am) to support GMP/GDP compliant production and quality checks. You will operate simple equipment, record scrap and maintenance, and collaborate with team members across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience in a cGMP environment, with the ability to lift 32 pounds and handle small components repeatedly. OT may be required, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 32 pounds intermittently.
• Ability to manipulate small components repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate simple manufacturing equipment and demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude.
• Identify and record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents.
• Maintain GMP and GDP standards.
• Perform in-process quality checks where applicable.
• Communicate with supervisors and shifts.
• Report safety concerns and production issues.
• Attend daily team meetings.
• Meet schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
