Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator for the Tolleson, AZ site. The night shift runs 6:30pm–6:30am, with a pay range of $20.60 to $24.00 per hour.

The Operator will manage plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality. Primary duties include adhering to safety, health, and GMP policies, performing routine maintenance and minor machine repairs, and participating in continuous quality improvements while coordinating with

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more plastic blow molding machines and related equipment.
• Make adjustments or minor repairs to ensure safe, efficient production and high quality containers.
• Follow safety, health, and GMP policies and company procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and line improvements.
• Assist with mold, insert and color changes and basic machine settings.
• Monitor materials and process conditions and perform on-time quality checks.
