• One year of experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Must have a high level knowledge of equipment/process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and weekly production goals efficiently.
• Serve as the first point of contact for problems and escalate to the Production Supervisor if unresolved.
• Ensure Operators perform tasks per SOPs.
• Lead and perform preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs.
• Prioritize safety and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Train Operators where needed.
