Mars Snacking is seeking a Machine Operator for the Night Shift in Hackettstown, NJ. The role operates equipment to ensure high-quality production, performs changeovers, and assists with training.

Starting rate is $25+/hour with a $2/hour shift premium. The 3rd shift runs 6:30 PM–7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Benefits start day one including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with computers, email, and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform routine repairs and changes.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Maintenance for PM tasks.
• Document QC tasks including date codes and logs.
• Maintain shift logs and ensure safety and quality standards.
