The position requires a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with computers, iPads, MS Office, and email.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Mechanical aptitude and/or willing to train in manufacturing equipment.
• Proficient in computer and iPad software, including Microsoft Office and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance and safety of machines, processes and personnel, within the plant.
• Drive mules to transport candy and materials.
• Start up, shut down, monitor, clean, and perform basic changeovers on equipment.
• Conduct minor repairs, routine checks, inspections and escalating issues.
• Operate basic ancillary equipment and utilize relevant computer programs.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as required.
