Qualifications

• Standing for long periods.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Bending, lifting, twisting on a continuous basis.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Clear communication with colleagues and managers.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to produce finished goods.
• Maintain efficiency and quality during runs.
• Perform equipment adjustments and mount dies, plates, and tooling as required.
• Conduct quality checks before and during jobs and document results.
• Keep setup and run times optimized and report issues to maintenance.
• Identify safety concerns and report to supervisor.
• Participate in daily and weekly cleanup per checklist.
