Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Operate machines to produce finished goods.
• Maintain efficiency and quality during production.
• Perform tasks using production equipment to ensure steady workflow.
• Perform equipment adjustments.
• Mount cutting dies, print plates, and other tooling.
• Perform quality checks prior to and during production.
• Maintain documented quality check and ink monitoring checklist.
• Keep machine setup and run times at maximum efficiency.
• Help troubleshoot quality or machine issues as they occur.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and report issues.
• Perform daily and weekly cleanup per checklist.
• Identify damaged tooling and safety concerns.
• Maintain production reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
