Job summary

Skybox Packaging in Mansfield, OH is seeking a 3rd shift Experienced Machine Operator. Hours run from 10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday night through Friday morning, with some overtime.

The role offers $21/hour plus a $2 shift differential and great benefits in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include operating equipment to produce finished goods, mounting dies, performing quality checks, and maintaining high efficiency.

Qualifications

• Standing for long periods in a production environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform bending/twisting.
• Good communication with team and managers.
• Able to differentiate colors and perform quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine to produce finished goods.
• Maintain efficiency and quality; adjust machines as needed.
• Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks with production equipment.
• Mount dies and tooling for each job; perform setup and adjustments.
• Conduct quality checks before and during runs and document results.
• Keep setup/run times at maximum efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
• Notify supervision of any equipment or quality concerns.
• Support cleanup and maintenance in accordance with schedules.
