Job summary

Skybox Packaging in Mansfield, OH is seeking an experienced 3rd shift machine operator to run manufacturing equipment and meet production goals. The new pay is $21/hour with a $2/hour shift differential, and overtime potential is available. Benefits are highlighted as a strength of the role.

The position runs on the 10 PM to 6 AM shift (Sunday night through Friday morning). You will perform quality checks, adjust equipment, and maintain safety and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Bending, lifting up to 70 lbs and twisting regularly.
• Clear communication with team and management.
• Experience or familiarity with multi-color flexographic print is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to produce finished goods.
• Maintain efficiency and quality during runs.
• Perform quality checks before and during production.
• Adjust equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and report issues.
