Foster Farms in Fresno, CA is hiring a machine operator for an overnight shift (1:00am - 9:30am). You will set up and run packaging machines, perform changeovers, and ensure proper sealing and labeling of products.

Responsibilities include adjusting machines for different products, inspecting seals, addressing mislabels, and clearing defective items back to the line. Must be able to lift 35–40 lbs and work with minimal supervision. Excellent teamwork and adherence to standards are essential.

• Basic mechanical aptitude to adjust machines and perform changeovers.
• Attention to detail in inspecting products and returning nonconforming items to the line.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Repetitive grasping, wrist, and hand rotation.

• Set up and begin running machines at the beginning of shift, performing changeovers as needed according to the schedule.
• Ensure that machine forms and seals properly.
• Adjust machine as required based on product type and sealing issues.
• Open machine sealed products which were not sealed properly or mislabeled; return defective product back to the line.
• Re-feed or change forming and sealing film rolls (weighing up to 80LBS) on the machine.
