Job summary

Foster Farms in Fresno, CA is hiring for a production associate to operate and maintain packaging lines. Pay is $18.20 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for evening hours (7:00pm–11:59pm) and $2.00 per hour for overnight (12:00am–4:59am).

Responsibilities include ensuring machines run, setting up, sealing pouches, changing film and labels, lifting up to 80 lbs, and printing accurate product information on bags.

Qualifications

• Must stand for 8+ hours on concrete.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Requires basic math skills.
• Must possess basic mechanical aptitude to work and adjust machines.
• Able to work safely around sharp blades.
• Able to understand English and be able to document.
• Capable of using mechanical type tools (i.e., different sets of wrenches).
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
