Menasha Corporation seeks 3rd Shift Machine Assistants in Hartford, WI. You will support Flexo Folder Gluer and Die Cut operations, assisting with setup, material prep, production, and finished product handling on the night shift.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or machine-operation experience, strong quality/safety focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a production team. Pay is $26–$28 per hour with 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of Flexo Folder Gluer or Die Cut machines.
• Load and prepare materials for production.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Remove, stack, bundle, and organize finished product.
• Assist with machine changeovers and job setups.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns.
• Follow production specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Work closely with machine operators and other team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other production duties as needed
