Responsibilities

• Operate and feed folder gluer equipment.
• Set up JPack for various product sizes.
• Maintain high efficiency according to established rates while operating equipment.
• Complete quality inspections and related paperwork.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.
• Assist in feeding, delivery and hand finishing as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives.
