Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare in Sweeny, Texas is seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for night shift to join our skilled nursing team. The LVN will supervise nursing staff, support the Director of Nursing, and ensure high-quality resident care in a compliant, safe environment.

This full-time role includes a $3,200 sign-on bonus for eligible employees, generous benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Current, active LVN license in Texas.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
Long-Term Care experience preferred.
Rehabilitative nursing experience preferred (6 months).
Knowledge of reimbursement regulations for nursing facilities.
Ability to communicate policies, procedures, and regulations clearly.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and assist the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care.
Provide clinical guidance and staff development to meet regulatory standards.
Participate in audits, quality improvement, and infection control.
Assist with budget, scheduling, and staffing to meet resident needs.
Ensure a safe, compliant environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
