Job summary

Management MCOA, LLC seeks an RN/LVN for full-time night shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am) in a post-acute facility in Texas City. The RN/LVN reports to Unit Manager and provides individualized nursing care under RN direction, ensuring adherence to licensed scope and standards.

The role requires strong documentation, medication administration, IV therapy, patient teaching, and collaboration with the health care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program essential.
• Valid State RN/LVN license with CPR certification.
• Expected to document in EMR and follow HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with approved care plans.
• Lead and participate in team conferences to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses
• Perform IV therapy within RN scope of practice
• Maintain thorough documentation in EMR and ensure timely communication with the care team
• Provide health teaching to patients and families
