Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services in Edinburg, TX seeks a PRN LVN Charge Nurse for the 10pm-6am shift at Windsor Arbor View. The role focuses on supervising care and ensuring accurate medication administration and documentation.

The LVN will observe residents, participate in rounds with physicians, and support care plans while communicating with families and the care team. Prior SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Has completed an LVN program at an accredited vocational school or college.
• Must be an active Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• During rounds observes, assess, documents, and reports resident condition.
• Administers medications as prescribed.
• Assures implementation of care plans as directed.
• Conduct rounds with physician and record visits in clinical records.
• Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts.
• Discharge residents per facility policy.
• Communicate with resident's point of contact regarding status or changes.
