Qualifications

• Has completed an LVN program at an accredited vocational school or college.
• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse in Texas in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document resident condition during rounds.
• Ensure implementation of care plans as directed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and record administration.
• Record physician visits and reconcile narcotics as needed.
• Communicate changes to residents and families as required.
• Oversee aides and discharge residents per policy.
• Engage with physicians during calls and maintain records.
