Job summary

American Lumber is seeking a Lumber Manufacturing Line Supervisor for the Night Shift at our Bryan remanufacturing facility. You will lead a production line (e.g., Trim Line, Rip Line) and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with maintenance and leadership.

The role is full-time, on-site in Bryan, Texas with a Monday–Thursday, 6PM–4AM schedule. Starting pay is $27–$28 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in lumber/manufacturing.
• Ability to read production reports and safety requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of an assigned production line.
• Direct teams toward production goals and priorities.
• Hold shift meetings and communicate updates.
• Monitor throughput, downtime, waste, and line efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance and plant leadership on issues.
• Foster safety and quality compliance.
