Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Good Samaritan Society - Albert Lea facility in southern Minnesota. The part-time night shift (10:30pm–7:00am) role includes 32 hours bi-weekly with weekend work and rotating holidays.

Nurses provide skilled care to long-term residents under supervision and may receive a sign-on bonus if eligible. Candidates must be licensed in Minnesota and demonstrate strong nursing and communication skills, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and obtain an LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• IV therapy requirements may apply depending on location; see local licensing rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care, responses and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure best care.
• Assist in planning and implementing care plans.
