Job summary

River Oaks Skilled Nursing and Therapy in Oklahoma is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for overnight shifts (11:00 PM–7:00 AM), Tuesday through Saturday. Applicants must hold a current Oklahoma LPN license; 1+ year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• 1+ year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Observe residents and document significant conditions and reactions.
• Take vital signs and monitor health status.
• Inform family and physician of changes in resident condition.
• Modify care plans and ADL sheets as conditions change.
• Prepare and administer injections when needed.
• Provide wound care and monitor catheters.
