Job summary

Forest Hills Care & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our devoted care team in Oklahoma. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, document resident conditions, and help create individualized care plans.

Shifts are 6:00pm to 6:00am, Sunday through Tuesday plus every other Wednesday, and Thursday through Saturday plus every other Wednesday. Earn $26-$30 per hour with shift differential and take-home wages after each shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN or RN program.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Valid Oklahoma RN or LPN license required.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders.
• Administer medications and start IVs as needed.
• Assess and document residents' conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assign tasks to team members and supervise care.
• Maintain supplies and ensure equipment is clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
