Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living seeks a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee a busy Wellness/Resident Services Center. You will mentor a team, supervise medication administration, and ensure quality daily living activities for residents in a luxury setting.

Schedule: 7PM-7AM, Friday and Saturday; active LPN certification required with prior supervision experience in assisted living or similar environments.

Qualifications

• Active LPN certification required.
• Experience supervising staff in assisted living, nursing home or similar setting preferred.
• Experience with dementia/alzheimer's care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and support a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians.
• Manage administration of medications and MARs under physician orders.
• Act as shift supervisor in absence of the Director of Wellness.
• Ensure compassionate, high-quality care and safety for residents.
