Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee a busy Wellness/Resident Services Center, mentoring nurses, aides and medication technicians. You will lead daily operations as shift supervisor when the Director is away, ensuring attentive care and safe medication administration.

The role requires an active LPN license, supervising experience, and a genuine commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life in a luxury assisted living environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license or certification
• Supervisory experience in assisted living or similar setting
• Experience with medication administration and MARs

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians
• Serve as shift supervisor in absence of the Director
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration
• Ensure safety and quality of care for residents
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and Director of Wellness instructions
