Job summary

Wilmington Treatment Center is seeking a full-time Substance Use Disorder Treatment LPN to join our Wilmington, NC team. Night shifts run 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

(2-12 hour nights) with hourly rates of $30–$32 and shift differentials from $3–$6 depending on weekends/nights. Applicants should hold an accredited nursing degree and an unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment, plus at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
• At least one year of nursing experience; behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.
• CPR certification and willingness to complete de-escalation and restraint training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Model professional behavior and prioritize patient safety and customer service.
• Collaborate to address biopsychosocial needs and resolve patient concerns.
• Provide basic comfort and implement plan-of-care interventions.
• Apply interventions to progress toward wellness and maintain wellness.
