Job summary

Wilmington Treatment Center in Wilmington, NC seeks a full-time Substance Use Disorder Treatment LPN for our Partial Hospitalization Program. The LPN will monitor patient health, implement care plans, and support behavioral health services in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include an active NC LPN license, 1+ year nursing experience (behavioral health preferred), CPR and First Aid certifications, and strong documentation skills. Competitive hourly rates with shift differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• LPN license in NC in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; behavioral health preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required; de-escalation training possible.
• Ability to document accurately and stay calm in behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within LPN scope.
• Support care plans and ensure patient safety with urgency when needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet biopsychosocial and cultural needs.
• Provide comfort measures and execute planned nursing interventions.
• Assist in progressing patients toward wellness and maintenance.
