Job summary

Cayuga Health in Montour Falls, NY, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility on the night shift. You will support assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care under supervision of an RN, with a focus on person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program
• Current NYS LPN License
• CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Monitors and records patient vital signs and conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Completes accurate documentation in EMR/Point Click Care and participates in care planning.
