Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) and in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Monitors and records patient/resident vital signs and conditions, promptly reporting changes to the RN.
• Provides patient-centered care within scope of practice while advocating for patients.
• Maintains clinical competency through required education and training; coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Completes accurate documentation in the EMR and participates in staff meetings and team activities.
