Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer and record medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Documents in resident medical record per policy.
• Maintain clean, stocked medication rooms and carts.
• Assist with care plan reviews under RN supervision.
• Communicate changes in resident condition promptly and clearly.
• Attend unit meetings and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
