Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee resident care plans.
• Complete resident assessments and document changes.
• Administer medications and monitor chronic conditions.
• Communicate clinical updates to families and providers.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during overnight hours.
