Job summary

Country Villa Wellness & Rehabilitation in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our overnight clinical team. If you’re calm under pressure and enjoy night shifts, we want to hear from you.

The role covers care for residents, administering meds, watching for condition changes, documenting, and coordinating with physicians. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available and the shift runs 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Reliable and able to work nights independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee resident care during night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor residents and report condition changes.
• Complete charting and incident documentation.
• Supervise nursing staff as assigned.
• Communicate with physicians and care team.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality care standards.
