Job summary

Warrensburg Manor Care Center in Warrensburg, MO is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for the night shift (6p-6a). You will administer medications, perform wound care, and support residents’ daily activities while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

We welcome new graduates and offer a sign-on bonus. Missouri LPN licensure is required, with high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0 years of experience required; new graduates welcome.
• Ability to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses and physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and plan for ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration.
• Collaborate with therapy staff to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation services.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
