Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Staff Nurse for The Blake at Township to provide medical care and administer medications in a senior living setting. The role supports residents with wellness programs while working with a Wellness Leadership team.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, CPR and First Aid certifications, and is flexible to weekends and holidays; assisted living or long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Assisted Living or Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within the scope of their applicable board and state regulations for assisted living.
• Provide world class care and service for our residents while remaining flexible and adapt to change.
• Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Work independently (with minimal direct supervision) and with a team to make decisions, organize/prioritize tasks effectively, document clearly, and follow through on assignments.
• Serve as charge nurse on shift for the personal assistants under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team.
