Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P–7A). You will oversee nursing care, manage resident and staff activities, and ensure care plans meet geriatric needs while complying with policy and procedure standards.

You will supervise Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments, coordinate with physicians and other health professionals, and model professional practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent experience.
• Current TN LPN/RN license.
• Experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality nursing care focused on outcomes using the nursing process.
• Implement plan of care consistently, cost-efficiently, with resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care professionals on plan of care.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments in the unit and shift.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate staff activities to follow treatment plans and physician orders.
