Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a talented LPN/RN Supervisor to join our devoted night shift team. The role entails assuming primary nursing responsibilities for resident and staff management, ensuring care aligns with policies and procedures, and shaping the care plan for geriatric residents.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree, TN license, and prior nursing home leadership experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN/RN license in TN.
• Experience in nursing home leadership.
• BSN or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes.
• Implement and monitor plan of care with cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals to adjust care.
• Deliver and maintain resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
• Supervise Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments.
• Communicate current treatment/assessment information timely.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure care and treatment plans are followed.
