Job summary

NHC HealthCare Bluffton is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time or part-time night shifts (7p–7a) at a 120-bed skilled and long-term care facility near Hilton Head, SC. The ideal candidate holds SC nursing licensure and has completed an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team, assessing patients, and implementing individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of South Carolina.
• Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.
• LPN or RN with valid licensure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized care plans.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
• Assist with medications and treatments as needed and perform other patient care duties.
