Job summary

NHC HealthCare Bluffton is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time or part-time night shifts (7p–7a) at a 120-bed skilled and long-term care facility near Hilton Head, SC. The ideal candidate holds SC nursing licensure and has completed an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team, assessing patients, and implementing individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of South Carolina.
• Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.

NHC HealthCare Bluffton, a 120bed skilled and long term care facility located near Hilton Head, SCis in need of aLicensed Practical Nurse/ RNto join their team of caring professionals. The qualified LPN/RN for this position must be a graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of SC and maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.

Responsibilities include working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care, maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families, assuring that appropriate nursing care is being provided, assisting with meds and treatments as needed and other patient care duties as assigned.
