NHC HealthCare Bluffton is seeking LPNs or RNs for night shifts (7 pm–7 am) in a 120-bed skilled and long‑term care facility near Hilton Head, SC. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will graduate from a SC-accredited nursing program, hold a current SC license, and work with the interdisciplinary care team to assess patients, plan care, and communicate with families.

Full and Part time opportunities

NHC HealthCare Bluffton, a 120bed skilled and long term care facility located near Hilton Head, SCis in need of aLicensed Practical Nurse/ RNto join their team of caring professionals. The qualified LPN/RN for this position must be a graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of SC and maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.

Responsibilities include working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care, maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families, assuring that appropriate nursing care is being provided, assisting with meds and treatments as needed and other patient care duties as assigned.
