Job summary

NHC HealthCare Bluffton is seeking LPNs or RNs for night shifts (7 pm–7 am) in a 120-bed skilled and long‑term care facility near Hilton Head, SC. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will graduate from a SC-accredited nursing program, hold a current SC license, and work with the interdisciplinary care team to assess patients, plan care, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a SC-accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered SC nursing license.
• Able to work night shift (7p–7a).
• Demonstrated ability to work with interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain open communication with patients and families.
• Assist with medications and treatments as needed.
