Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Saginaw, MI is seeking an LPN for the night shift. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, administer medications, monitor patient status, and support therapy sessions in a rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan LPN license.
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous rehab experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Monitor and document patient status and vital signs.
• Assist with patient mobility, hygiene and daily living activities.
• Communicate with the care team to coordinate therapy sessions.
