Job summary

Bowling Green Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bowling Green, KY seeks an LVN/LPN to provide quality nursing care to residents on the assigned unit. You will administer medications, follow care plans, document progress, and coordinate with CNAs to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current State of LVN/LPN with a minimum of 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage total nursing care for residents during the shift.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per plan.
• Document progress notes and resident responses.
• Coordinate with CNA staff and supervisors to ensure care plan compliance.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervisors or physicians.
