Job summary

Spring View Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN for the night shift (7p-7a) in Leitchfield, KY. This weekday position offers a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include direct patient nursing care, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, care plan collaboration, and discharge planning. Current KY license and LTC experience preferred; uniforms provided, PTO accruals, and DailyPay options

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in Kentucky.
At least 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
Compassionate patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients using scientific nursing principles.
Administer medications and document accurately; report adverse reactions.
Monitor vital signs and adjust care as needed; operate and interpret equipment.
Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
Maintain accurate records, adhere to policies, and ensure timely documentation.
