Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of Accredited LPN Program.
• LPN license (Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation) required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess pain and use appropriate pain management techniques.
• Educate residents and families regarding the plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Clarify physician orders and take appropriate actions.
• Document admissions, assessments, and quarterly changes in patient condition.
